Qualifications:

• Having strong Marketing/Sales and proposal writing skills (in English);
• Good writing skills in English;
• Proficient in use of MS office (Word, Excel, Access) and Internet;
• Having affinity with IT equipment;
• Having some background in accountancy.

Job description

Principal Purpose: To look after our customers, promote our products, work as part of a team and increase sales by opening up new sales channels

Selling

• To put the customer first at all times and to identify customer needs promptly and accurately. To provide advice, present all products and services of ARES International B.V. to customers.
• To offer related sales and services in order that the customer is fully aware of the range and to increase the sale value.
• To communicate clearly, ensuring customer requests are exactly met.
• To ensure all stock is clearly and correctly priced.

Service

• To respond to customer comments, pass on suggestions and refer complaints immediately in order to resolve matters without delay.
• To ensure that all till operation, cash handling procedures and transactions are carried out accurately and all orders and paperwork are completed in accordance with the company policy of ARES International.

Teamwork

• To be prepared to learn about the products and services of ARES International. Training will be given but seeking information, developing skills and knowledge must be self driven.
• Communicate any work related issues to other staff and to suggest how presentation of goods and product range may be enhanced to maximize sales.
• To safely lift, pack and move products. Assist with ordering and preparation, counting of stock.
• To involve yourself in any area that may benefit the team and the customers.
• Such other duties as the management may at times, reasonably require.
